Mr. Leyton brings more than 30 years of legal experience to NRG, having practiced as corporate counsel to numerous New York Stock Exchange companies, and as a partner in several law firms, both in New York City and in Phoenix.

For the past 17 years, Mr. Leyton has concentrated his practice solely in the area of family law, during which time he served as a partner in two Scottsdale corporate law firms. Mr. Leyton is experienced in all areas of family law representing clients in numerous trials and mediations, and excels in advising clients in complex divorce matters and cases involving marital businesses.

Mr. Nirenstein brings more than 14 years of legal experience to his position as NRG's Managing Member. He is responsible for the supervision of NRG's business operations, and in addition to his business management role, actively participates by providing strategic counsel in complex and highly contentious litigated cases.

Prior to founding NRG, Mr. Nirenstein served as Managing Attorney of a multi-state family law firm in its Phoenix-based office. Mr. Nirenstein has represented many diverse and high-profile clients when associated with one of the most well-regarded family law and domestic relations practices in the country.

As a founding partner, Mr. Ruotolo is an experienced family law litigator, who is often involved in contested divorce and child custody related matters.

In his previous position, Mr. Ruotolo served as a senior associate with a well known matrimonial firm in Phoenix since 1999. Prior to this position, Mr. Ruotolo operated as a sole practitioner from 1993 through 1999, with a concentration on family law representation.

Carol A. Soderquist devotes her practice to representing clients in family law matters, with an emphasis on guardianship/conservatorship related issues, mental health and elder law, and adoption.

Ms. Soderquist also leads the NRG department regarding the representation of private fiduciaries in various capacities, including probate matters.
