U.S. 1st Circuit Court of Appeals -- Stay Away From Children Order Affirmed

In US v. Smith, (02/08/06 - No. 04-2448),
a condition of supervised release imposed on defendant to stay away from his minor daughter is affirmed over his claims that it denies him his fundamental right to associate with family members, and lacks any reasonable relationship to the permissible goals of supervised release.
